Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Person status required due to export control.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in quality control in manufacturing preferred.
• Composite experience highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and mathematics.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Team-oriented and deadline-driven work ethic.
• Possesses documentation and traceability skills for manufacturing quality.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, GD&T and specs.
• Use precision measuring tools accurately.
• Organize workload to meet objectives.
• Inspect raw materials, components and sub-assemblies per specs.
• Document and report inspection results.
• Perform in-process, incoming, and final inspections.
• Prepare inspection plans and COCs; maintain traceability.
• Log data on SPC charts and maintain documents.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Support internal QMS audits and continuous improvement.
