Qualifications

• 2–4 years aerospace or high-reliability inspection experience.
• Proficiency in print reading and basic GD&T.
• Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards and dimensional inspection methods.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Independently inspect production hardware in avionics and mechanical areas.
• Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections on production hardware.
• Initiate and document nonconformances (NCRs).
• Comply with AS9100 and internal quality system requirements.

Skills

Aerospace or high-reliability inspection experience

Proficiency in print reading

Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards

Ability to work independently

Tools

Basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
