Qualifications

• 2+ years related quality experience or training in accordance with the defined skills training matrix progression, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience as a quality inspector.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC controlled machine tools to perform programmed operations.
• Perform dimensional inspection and acceptance of aerospace parts against drawings.
• Use precision inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, Go/No-Go gauges) and read blueprints to verify conformity to specs.
• Prepare non-conformance reports and support quality in recalls of gauges and tools.
• Maintain quality documentation including inspection reports and logbooks.
