Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in mechanical/manufacturing/inspection roles.
• FAA 8130-3 experience and licenses preferred.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools.
• Familiar with Lean Six Sigma or CORE Operating System.

Responsibilities

• Inspect engine components using precision tools and document findings.
• Prepare and review engine-related documentation like EIR and SAP records.
• Ensure configurations and compatibility meet requirements.
• Meet production and inspection goals for the facility.
• Support continuous improvement and team-based initiatives.
