Job summary

TENS MACHINE COMPANY, INC. in Holbrook, NY seeks a skilled Quality Inspector and CMM Operator to uphold strict aerospace quality standards.

You will perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections and operate PC-DMIS on complex components to ensure conformance to blueprints and GD&T requirements. Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of aerospace inspection and 2+ years in CMM work, with proficiency in reading engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on aerospace mechanical inspection experience.
• 2+ years of current CMM operation experience (PC-DMIS a major plus).
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform first piece, in-process, and final AQL sampling inspections.
• Program and operate CMMs, PC-DMIS experience preferred.
• Maintain quality records and inspection documentation.
• Identify non-conformances and report deviations to management.
• Support senior leadership with additional QC duties as needed.
