We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Quality Inspector to join a precision manufacturing environment supporting aerospace components.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform in-process and final inspection of precision machined aerospace components
Utilize precision measurement tools including:
- Micrometers
- Calipers
- Height Gages
- Bore Gages
- Comparators
- Surface Plates/Layout Tools
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Conduct and support First Article Inspections (AS9102)
- Document inspection results and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify nonconforming parts and follow proper containment procedures
- Support compliance with AS9100 and other aerospace standards
✅ Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3–5+ years of aerospace inspection experience
- Experience in inspecting precision-machined parts with tight tolerances
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T
- Hands-on experience with standard inspection tools
- Comfortable working in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
⭐ Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- CMM operation or programming experience
- Experience with PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar software
- Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102 (FAI), PPAP, PFMEA
- Experience with Net-Inspect or Discus
- Familiarity with JobBOSS or other MRP systems
