Job summary

RH Aero Systems is seeking a Quality Engineer to support aerospace, aviation, and regulated manufacturing environments. You will drive product and process quality improvements, lead CAPA actions, and ensure QMS compliance across manufacturing, engineering, and supplier networks.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement to deliver reliable solutions and meet customer requirements worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Industrial, or related field.
• 5–10 years of quality engineering in aerospace or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, and supplier quality requirements.
• Proven root cause investigations and CAPA actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving using Six Sigma, DMAIC, DIVE, and Shainin.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA for quality issues.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
• Support QMS maintenance and AS9100 compliance.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers on quality.
