Job summary

Incora is seeking a Quality Engineer in Indianapolis to coordinate product and document inspection, resolving customer inquiries and improving processes. Close collaboration with QA, manufacturing, and sales ensures reliability for existing lines and drives improvements.

Requirements include a mechanical engineering degree, GD&T/Gage R&R expertise, and 3–5 years in aerospace manufacturing. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field with certifications.
• Experience in GD&T, PFMEA and Gage R&R.
• Aerospace manufacturing background required.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify non-conformance problems and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with QA, sales, and customers to resolve issues.
• Analyze process data and prepare technical reports.
• Lead quality improvement projects as needed.
• Travel globally as required.
