Job summary

Arnold Magnetic Technologies in Greenville, OH seeks a Quality Engineer to support military, aerospace, energy, and industrial programs. You will develop and implement quality requirements for new product launches and post-launch production, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards.

The role leads RCCA activities, maintains the QMS, analyzes data to drive continuous improvement, mentors QA staff, and collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in gage metrology and measurement principles.
• Ability to read product drawings and GD&T.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with SPC, CMMs and AS9100/TS16949.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract reviews for new or revised products.
• Ensure QMS conforms to customer, internal, AS 9100 requirements.
• Generate inspection documentation for customer requirements.
• Prepare FAIR in accordance with AS 9102 and PPAP packages as required.
• Define supplier quality requirements and resolve supplier quality issues.
• Lead the RCCA process and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor QA technicians and train personnel.
• Support product launches and post-launch activities.
• Drive data-driven quality and process improvements.
