Job summary

Winchester Interconnect is seeking a Quality Engineer in Garden Grove to lead RCCA investigations and manage the AS9100 QMS inside a demanding aerospace environment. You will own FAI processes and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and quality controls.

You will serve as the primary quality interface for customers, coordinate internal audits, and guide corrective action programs to ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in AS9100 (aerospace) or ISO 13485 manufacturing environments.
• Proven RCCA investigations using 8D / 5-Why / similar methods.
• Experience leading MRB and internal audits for customer/3rd-party audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCCA process (8D/5-Why) for internal and customer CARs.
• Own AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) process with complete documentation.
• Lead internal audit program per AS9100 and QMS requirements; manage audit findings and CARs.
• Lead MRB to disposition non-conforming material and ensure timely actions.
• Interface with customers on quality matters and represent Winchester during audits.
