Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, is seeking a Quality Engineer in Simpsonville, SC. You will lead product quality engineering, develop and maintain quality systems, and drive corrective actions for nonconformities while collaborating across functions.

The role emphasizes root cause analysis, testing plans, and process controls to ensure compliance with customer and contractual requirements. Onsite, with relocation possible.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• An advanced degree may reduce required experience to 3 years.
• Experience with FAA PAH program management is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with FAA DAH on design changes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts quality evaluation, control systems, and protocols.
• Explains testing plans, methods, and technologies to ensure reliability.
• Recommends corrective actions for nonconformities and design problems.
• Reviews process control documentation for compliance with requirements.
• Develops and maintains quality control systems for materials.
