Job summary

PacAero in Agawam, MA is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing and engineering teams. You will ensure products and processes meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements while leading root cause analysis and corrective actions on quality issues.

This hands-on role spans desk work and on-the-floor collaboration with Manufacturing and Engineering, supporting NPI, inspections, audits, and continuous improvement to strengthen product quality and manufacturing

Qualifications

Hands-on quality engineering experience in a regulated, precision manufacturing environment.
Ability to investigate nonconformances and lead root cause and corrective actions.
Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Support manufacturing operations to ensure products, processes, and quality systems meet requirements.
Investigate quality issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive improvements.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to strengthen product quality and manufacturing performance.
Participate in FAI, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
