Responsibilities

• Communicate between team members and customer counterparts to provide assurance hardware meets specifications.
• Handle and communicate deviations/nonconformance at different levels within the organization.
• Understand aerospace processes and how they apply to hardware manufacturing.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to routine aerospace and manufacturing operations.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with customer expectations.
• Participate in review and disposition of nonconforming product.
• Interface with MRB to provide technical justification for nonconformances.
