Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and quality system initiatives in a regulated electro-mechanical manufacturing environment. The role partners with operations, engineering, and supply chain to improve process performance and ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years of quality engineering experience in electro-mechanical or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100 / ISO 9001).
• Hands-on Lean, PDCA, Six Sigma and structured problem-solving.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret drawings, and recommend actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and structured problem-solving.
• Conduct root cause investigations, corrective actions and nonconformance management.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, control plans, inspection plans).
• Support audits and regulatory compliance across internal, customer, and certification programs.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain to improve processes and introduce new products.
• Analyze quality metrics and process capability to drive quality improvements.
