Qualifications

• 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing or finishing.
• Familiarity with AS9100 & Nadcap preferred.
• FAA Repairman Certificate and auditor training are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with OEMs and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement quality standards and process improvements.
• Support FAA Repair Station authorizations.
• Train teams on quality best practices.
