Qualifications
5+ years in aerospace manufacturing or finishing.
Familiarity with AS9100 & Nadcap preferred.
FAA Repairman Certificate and auditor training are advantageous.
Responsibilities
Partner with OEMs and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Develop and implement quality standards and process improvements.
Support FAA Repair Station authorizations.
Train teams on quality best practices.
