Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Wickliffe, OH is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive design, development, testing, and evaluation of integrated systems for manufacturing processes.

You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, 6S, TOC, and problem solving to improve quality, reliability and production coordination. You will work with ISO/AS9100/NADCAP standards, perform root-cause analyses, and develop quality control training and auditing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
• 2–5 years’ experience in Quality Engineering role, or 6–8 years general quality experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SPC and machine shop gaging requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor and develop systems relating to ISO, AS9100, NADCAP and other industry standards.
• Develop and maintain Quality systems with the customer and manufacturing to ensure delivery of quality products.
• Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and reliability.
