Job summary

Heads Up Technologies, located in Addison, Texas, is seeking a Quality Engineer to develop and maintain quality assurance processes ensuring product integrity and regulatory compliance. The role involves leading audits, supporting the Quality Management System, and managing corrective actions to improve quality.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and a minimum of three years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and the ability to interpret complex drawings and data.
• Experience with quality systems and tools such as 8D, FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System in alignment with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead internal AS9100 process and product audits.
• Support accreditation and certification activities as required.
