Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in City of Industry, CA, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This role develops and maintains quality systems, interprets drawings and GD&T, and supports customer audits.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or 3–5 years quality experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO-9000 and Lean principles.
• Experience interpreting customer drawings and GD&T.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience supporting audits and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPP quality systems and procedures.
• Interpret customer drawings, specifications and reports.
• Audit production lots for adherence to techniques and repeatability.
• Support customer/external audits, including preparation and closure.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions and manage non-conforming material.
