Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related fields.
• 1+ year of experience with QMS.
• 1+ year of experience with quality inspection or auditing.
• 1+ year of experience with RCCA and NCR processes.
• Travel up to 5% as needed.

Aufgaben

• Research contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to proposals and processes.
• Develop sections of quality metrics and certification plans to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Analyze capability assessments to support supplier selection activities.
• Participate in reviews to ensure quality attributes are included in designs.
• Perform data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.
• Provide material review dispositions for non-conformances.
• Analyze NCR trends to evaluate corrective action effectiveness.
• Compile performance reports to ensure process capability levels.
• Work under general supervision.
