Job summary

Mohr Talent is seeking a Quality Engineer with AS9100 experience to lead quality initiatives at our West Point, MS site. The role focuses on building robust procedures, conducting internal audits, and driving adherence to AS9100 and Nadcap standards.

Responsibilities include analyzing data, reviewing drawings, and maintaining sampling plans to ensure products meet all specifications. In-person, full-time with competitive compensation and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing quality roles.
• Experience with ISO quality management standards, AS9100 or Nadcap preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by export control regulations.

A well established and growingaerospace manufacturer with a reputation for stability and a team that cares about their people is hiring a Quality Engineer to help lead their quality management system into its next stage of growth.

What You'll Do:

• Develop quality procedures aligned with customer requirements and process specifications

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in a similar quality role, preferably within aerospace or defense manufacturing
• Experience working within ISO quality management standards, AS9100 or Nadcap strongly preferred
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance if required
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by federal export control regulations
