Job summary

Triumph Group in Forest, OH is seeking a 1st shift Quality Engineer to support internal and external customers and all departments of the organization. This role will be instrumental in implementing the Quality Assurance strategy to ensure continuous flow of products meeting industry standards.

Responsibilities include developing data-driven improvements, quality planning for new products, and sustaining a robust inspection and test program across operations, with emphasis on aerospace quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Quality role within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Aerospace and regulatory knowledge/experience desired.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze statistical and product/process performance data for improvements.
• Implement Quality Management Systems and document control across operations.
• Provide QA interface between the organization and customers; support corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and audit inspection and test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Support product development and launch activities including design reviews and test programs.
