You will rotate across QC, QA, SQE, Metrology, and QE to develop cross-functional expertise and prepare for a targeted QE role on flight, propulsion, and manufacturing systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing or a closely related technical field.
• 0 to 5 years of professional experience in engineering, quality, or manufacturing environments.
• Interest in a structured, multidisciplinary 15-month technical development program.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across QC, QA, SQE, Metrology, and QE rotations during the 15-month program.
• Support APQP, Continuous Improvement, and SPC in product development and manufacturing.
• Perform design reviews for inspectability, accuracy, and conformance to requirements.
