The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO welcomes applications for an Entry-level or Associate Quality Engineer on the F-15 Quality team. The role focuses on integrating QMS requirements, developing metrics, and supporting supplier qualification and process improvements.

Ideal candidates hold a science or engineering degree and have 1+ year experience with quality systems; preferred candidates show RCCA experience and GD&T knowledge. Domestic travel may be up to 5%.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science program.
• 1+ year of experience with quality systems (BQMS, ISO 9001, AS9100).

Mansioni

• Integrates contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into proposals and program processes.
• Develops quality metrics and certification plans to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Conducts capability assessments and supports supplier selection activities.
• Participates in reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into designs.
• Performs analysis and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.
• Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances.
• Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate corrective actions.
• Performs benchmarking to ensure processes meet capability levels.
