A1J Technologies is seeking a Director of Quality in California to lead the QMS, drive AS9100 alignment, and ensure product conformity for aerospace and defense customers. You will oversee Quality Systems, Quality Control, Inspection, Metrology, Calibration, and associated activities, partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience leading Quality Management Systems, Quality Control, Inspection, and corrective-action functions.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, AS9102, and aerospace manufacturing quality requirements.
• Experience preparing for and leading internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the QMS per AS9100, ISO 9001 and contractual requirements.
• Establish and maintain standard quality procedures, work instructions, and documented processes.
• Oversee internal audits, external audits, and corrective-action follow-up.
• Ensure nonconforming product control and supplier quality are effectively managed.
• Drive quality improvement, defect reduction, and customer satisfaction.
