FDH Aero is seeking a Manager of Quality Control to lead QC operations across assigned sites, ensuring product conformance, proper material control, and adherence to customer requirements. You will supervise QC personnel, coordinate inspections, and drive continuous improvement with Quality Engineering and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years of quality experience in aerospace, electronics, regulated distribution or manufacturing.
• 2+ years of people-leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of AS9100, AS9120 and ISO 9001, as applicable.
• Experience with inspection, traceability, nonconforming material, calibration and corrective-action processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, training and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• ASQ, Lean Six Sigma or auditor certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee QC operations across locations, ensuring consistent inspection practices and timely completion.
• Coordinate containment and disposition of nonconforming materials and returns.
• Maintain inspection records, procedures, and qualification documentation.
• Support audits and corrective actions and partner with Engineering for calibration and equipment controls.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor QC performance metrics.
• Lead, coach, and develop QC personnel and align with cross-functional teams.
