Job summary

Ursa Major in Colorado seeks a Quality Control Inspector to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality propulsion components. You will support manufacturing and design, perform dimensional, electrical, and visual inspections, and verify supplier certifications for accuracy.

Role involves three 12-hour weekend shifts (Fri–Sun) with a $2.00 hourly weekend differential, strict documentation, and calibration upkeep. Aerospace standards and continuous growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School degree or technical school
• 2+ years in quality control/inspection in aerospace/manufacturing
• Ability to read drawings and standards
• Experience with GD&T
• Use of standard inspection tools and metrology equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional, electrical, and visual inspections
• Operate manual and automated inspection equipment
• Review supplier certifications for accuracy
• Record inspection results and documentation
• Author Discrepancy Reports as needed
• Support MRB inventory and clearance activities
• Program/assist automated test equipment
• Assist calibration of inspection equipment
• Other duties as assigned by Quality Management
