Job summary

AeroFlow Technologies, Kirkland, WA, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This role partners with site leaders, customers, and suppliers to establish quality objectives, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a compliant quality system.

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will develop procedures, create certification packages, manage supplier certifications, perform internal audits per AS9100, and coordinate training to ensure timely

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in aerospace quality or equivalent training.
• Able to read blueprints, specifications, and technical docs.
• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Proficient with Windows, MS Office, and email.
• Committed to continuous improvement and disciplined processes.
• Integrity, dependability, attention to detail, thoroughness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time-management; multi-priority capable.
• Self-starting, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Manager with developing and maintaining quality procedures and work instructions.
• Create certification packages for outgoing products.
• Maintain and update specifications and calibration database.
• Support the quality management system and conduct internal audits per AS9100.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on supplier list and certifications.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Inspection, and Manufacturing to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure nonconformances and CAPAs are completed on time.
• Coordinate training and maintain training records.
