Job summary

You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to maintain QMS, perform audits, and drive CAPA initiatives across the product lifecycle. The role requires a Mechanical/Aerospace/Industrial Engineer background, 3+ years in QA, and strong knowledge of QMS, AS9100, and GD&T.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant engineering field.
• 3+ years of quality assurance experience in aerospace/defense/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001, AS9100 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA policies, processes, and procedures for aerospace fittings.
• Conduct quality audits, inspections, and testing to verify conformance to specs and regulatory requirements (AS9100, ISO 9001).
• Identify, document, and resolve non-conformances; recommend corrective actions and improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to address quality issues across product lifecycles.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA for identified issues.
• Develop and conduct training to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Maintain and update QMS documentation and traceability of quality activities.
• Prepare quality reports and performance metrics for management.
