Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required.
• 3 years of professional QA/engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to work onsite in East Aurora, NY (remote not considered).

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for quality programs to meet contractual requirements.
• Support government audits and customer interfaces.
• Develop quality plans for receiving inspection, manufacturing operations, assembly and test processes.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Drive cost-effective quality improvements and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with program teams on quality decisions for major customers.
