Knowles Corporation in Liberty, SC is seeking a QMS Coordinator to oversee the aerospace QMS, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and product safety.

You will lead internal and external audits, drive CAPA, manage document control, and mentor quality staff while collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain. This role offers a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and certification maintenance.

Qualifications

• Broad AS9100 experience and quality management system leadership.
• Experience leading or supporting audits, RCCA, nonconformance management.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and customer requirements.
• Strong action orientation to close CAPA and drive process improvements.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Responsabilités

• Lead internal audit program and support external/customer/certification audits.
• Drive RCCA/8D for nonconformances and monitor CAPA effectiveness.
• Maintain, revise, and control QMS documents, procedures, and work instructions.
• Mentor Quality Engineers/Technicians and develop quality talent.
• Interface with customers and suppliers on quality issues and expectations.
• Lead improvements to KPIs, defect reduction, and process stability.
