Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of NADCAP, AS9100, and GDT.
• Proven experience in quality control inspection within manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tubing, fittings, machined parts, and metal castings for defects.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and customer specs.
• Complete NADCAP/AS9100 forms and maintain accurate quality records.
• Document nonconformances and support production with quality issues.
• Perform final inspections on completed machined parts to verify dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
• Conduct first article inspections to validate new or modified production processes.
