Job summary

Alinabal is seeking an Aerospace Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure parts meet drawings and specs on the manufacturing floor. You will capture inspection results, flag nonconformances, and collaborate with production and engineering to maintain throughput and quality.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and maintaining meticulous quality records in ISO 9001/AS9100 contexts. Audits and FAIs are part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in quality, inspection, or manufacturing support.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Meticulous documentation skills and strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record inspection outcomes clearly and escalate nonconformances; assist in containment and resolution.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions under guidance from the Quality Manager/Director.
• Maintain quality documentation in line with ISO 9001/AS9100 requirements and internal procedures.
• Review and approve FAIs; own the FAI metric and act as the team’s SME.
• Assist with internal/external audit readiness and post-audit follow-up.
