Cirrus Aircraft Ltd. in Duluth, MN seeks a Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure aerospace components meet design and regulatory standards. You will inspect, test, and verify materials, processes, and products across the manufacturing lifecycle, documenting deviations and reporting results.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. Prior aerospace QA experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• GED or HS diploma required.
• A&P license or QA-related degree preferred.
• Certifications such as ASNT or CQI preferred.
• 2+ years in aerospace QA or QC assembly/manufacturing.
• Proficient in reading drawings, blueprints and technical docs.
• Familiarity with QMS and inspection software.
• Knowledge of AS9100/NADCAP/FAA standards.

Aufgaben

• Read and interpret drawings, procedures, and specs governing manufacturing processes.
• Communicate findings to the appropriate department for corrective action.
• Maintain detailed records of inspection results and non-conformances.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to management and engineering teams.
• Auditing manufacturing processes and quality systems for compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance product quality and safety.
• Ensure products meet drawings, specs and customer requirements.
• Identify and report non-conformances and support corrective actions.
