Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft in Duluth, MN is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure aerospace components meet AS9100, FAA and customer requirements. This role involves inspecting, testing, and verifying materials and processes throughout manufacturing, with emphasis on documentation of deviations and reporting to engineering teams.

The candidate will read drawings, perform non-conformance investigations, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining rigorous 6S standards

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma required.
• Familiarity with aerospace standards and tools.
• 2+ years in aerospace QA/QC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and inspect to drawings and process specs.
• Communicate findings to relevant departments for corrective action.
• Maintain records of inspection results and non-conformances.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement for quality and safety.
