Job summary

EPS Corporation is seeking a skilled QA Inspector to support inspection and quality control of precision-fabricated components for DoD programs under AS9100D.

You will perform in-process and final inspections, verify GD&T with calipers, micrometers, height gauges and CMMs, and complete FAI/NCR documentation. You will work closely with Engineering and Production to resolve issues and ensure government contract compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years quality inspection experience in AS9100/ISO 9001 manufacturing.
• Aerospace/defense background preferred.
• Strong GD&T and dimensional inspection knowledge.
• Experience with FAI and document control.
• ITAR/EAR compliance knowledge.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections per drawings and work instructions.
• Interpret AS9100D, MIL-STD, and customer requirements.
• Verify using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMMs.
• Complete NCRs and FAI documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to resolve issues.
• Ensure traceability with CoCs, MTRs, and travelers.
• Support internal audits and CAPA initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with procedures and safety regulations.
