Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Quality Engineer I for its South Windsor, CT operation. 100% onsite, first shift, to support inspections, data analysis, and documentation to help deliver zero-defect projects.

You will drive quality processes and participate in continuous improvement with PFMEA, MSA, and control plans. You will collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues, support supplier audits, and help maintain the QMS in accordance with AS9100 and NADCAP

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Ability to comply with ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support writing procedures and collect/analyze data.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining the quality management system (AS9100, NADCAP).
• Compile and submit First Article Inspection (FAIR) packages per customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement CAPA.
