Barnes Aerospace is seeking a Purchasing Intern at our West Chester, OH site to support Global Purchasing, Planning, IT, Legal & HR teams. You will analyze PO metrics, spend data, RFQs, and market indices, while aiding supplier list maintenance and portal implementations.

The role emphasizes data integrity, participation in lean practice, and the creation of actionable insights for leadership during internship projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with Global Purchasing, Planning, IT, Legal & HR on assignments.
• Analyze PO Metrics, Spend, RFQs and market indices.
• Support ASL and supplier portal implementation.
• Maintain supply chain data and data integrity.
• Prepare customer evaluations and scorecards for Farnborough airshow.
• Complete internship projects and present findings to leadership.
