Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in propulsion systems design and analysis in aerospace/aviation.
• Strong knowledge of ground support equipment and its role in propulsion testing and maintenance.
• Demonstrated expertise in stress analysis and structural evaluation of aerospace components.
• Familiarity with systems engineering principles and avionics integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and optimize propulsion systems to meet performance and safety requirements.
• Conduct stress and structural analysis to ensure propulsion components withstand loads.
• Collaborate with ground support equipment teams for testing and maintenance infrastructure.
• Coordinate with systems engineering and avionics teams for propulsion integration.
• Manage engineering projects including scheduling, resources, and documentation.
• Perform testing and validation, interpreting data to drive design improvements.
• Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards throughout development.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and cross-disciplinary teams.
