Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology, or an equivalent of work history.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven application engineering or proposal development with aerospace, tooling, or automated solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with customer interaction and interface.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical information.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical customer-facing representative with the account manager.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop scope, tooling, and schedules.
• Develop and refine the technical offer to customers, aligning pricing with capabilities.
• Provide clear communication between the customer and Ascent team on scope and timelines.
• Lead productive workshops with customer and Ascent teams to brainstorm solutions.
• Ensure manufacturability and feasibility of proposed concepts.
