Job summary

Busek Co. Inc. in Natick, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Propellant Management Assembly (PMA) to lead a skilled team of manufacturing technicians.

You will supervise daily activities, ensure safety, quality, and on-time production of precision propulsion hardware, and collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or Associate degree and 5+ years in precision manufacturing with prior supervisory experience, strong reading

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Five+ years of experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory or team‑leadership experience.
• Experience supporting precision mechanical or electromechanical assembly operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the daily activities of Manufacturing Technicians within the PMA team.
• Ensure activities are completed safely, efficiently, and per drawings and quality requirements.
• Coordinate production priorities with cross‑functional teams to meet delivery commitments.
• Monitor production schedules and resolve labor, material, equipment, and process constraints.
• Support the assembly of propulsion hardware, fluid systems, valves, tubing, tanks, and related assemblies.
• Collaborate with Engineering on NPI, ECOs, and process improvements.
• Train, coach, and develop manufacturing personnel; promote accountability and continuous learning.
• Conduct daily production meetings and communicate priorities across functions.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and schedule performance; identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, employee development, and performance management.
