Job summary

Legal Project Management Partners in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead aerospace programs, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, and supply chain, and deliver status reports to leadership and customers.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field is required; five years in technical project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing projects or performing similar responsibilities in a technical environment.
• Previous experience in the aerospace industry is required.
• Experience supporting aerospace engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), or new product introduction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage aerospace projects from initiation through execution and closeout.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, and supply chain.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation and recovery plans.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget through established approval processes.
• Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project deliverables.
• Ensure project activities follow applicable aerospace quality requirements, customer specifications, and internal procedures.
• Prepare project status reports, performance metrics, and presentations for leadership and customers.
• Maintain project documentation, track action items, and communicate decisions and priorities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and project delivery.
• Lead project closeout activities, including deliverable acceptance, documentation handover, and lessons learned.
