Insight Global is seeking an Aerospace Project Manager to lead the ELMS electrical load management program. You will develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery across aerospace platforms.

The ideal candidate brings PMP and 5+ years in project management within regulated aerospace environments, with strong communication to translate technical details for business stakeholders and executive visibility.

Qualifications

• PM role requires PMP certification and 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and managing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with critical path.
• Track record supporting aerospace, avionics, electrical or related engineering programs.
• Lead cross-functional engineering projects from requirements through implementation.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and schedule management skills.
• Partner with engineering leadership, suppliers, and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams in a highly regulated environment.
• Translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) forELMS projects.
• Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives ensuring on-schedule delivery.
• Monitor milestones, mitigate risks, and manage budgets and resources.
• Provide executive-level status reporting to program leadership.
