Actalent is seeking an Aerospace Project Manager to lead manufacturing and engineering programs from launch through delivery. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk and customer expectations while coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 2 years of aerospace/industrial PM experience. Onsite work in Bothell, WA with a pay range of $70–$90 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2 years of project management experience within aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, defense, or industrial environments.
• Experience managing technical programs involving engineering and production teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace projects from kickoff through production readiness and customer acceptance.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership and customers.
• Maintain project documentation, action items, lessons learned, and reporting requirements.
• Drive problem resolution and decision-making to support successful program execution.
• Support installation, integration, testing, and delivery activities as required.

• Understanding of configuration management and engineering change processes.

• Experience with project financial tracking, forecasting, and earned value principles.

• Exposure to defense, government, or other highly regulated industries.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bothell, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 – $90.00/hr.
