Job summary

Pall Corporation is seeking an Aerospace PMO Analyst to support project financial management, tracking, reporting, and analytics for the Aerospace Strategic Programs team in New Port Richey, Florida. This onsite role requires U.S.

citizenship or lawful permanent residency and export authorization. You will own standard work for critical tools, drive continuous improvement, support daily rhythms, and serve as the focal point for Earned Value Management within the Product Development portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills (spreadsheets, databases).
• Prince 2 or PMP project management certification, with particular knowledge of Earned Value Management.
• Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project and Program managers with project financial management, tracking, and reporting.
• Review portfolio‑level data analytics, governance, and process improvements.

About the Role

The Aerospace PMO Analyst supports Project and Program managers with project financial management, project tracking and reporting, and reviews portfolio–level data analytics, insights, governance support and process improvements for the Aerospace Strategic Programs team in New Port Richey, Florida. The role is onsite and requires U.S. citizenship or legal permanent residence, along with necessary export authorizations.

In This Role You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Support the Pall Aerospace business unit by enabling product development project success through data analytics, process improvement, and execution of established governance.
• Own the standard work for project critical tools, their use, analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Support daily management rhythms and the tactical execution of active projects.
• Serve as the focal point for the Product Development portfolio with responsibility for Earned Value Management.
• Lead lower‑risk projects to build project management capability and develop skills for a future Project Manager role.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel with approximately 10% travel, including overnight global travel.
