Pall Corporation is seeking an Aerospace PMO Analyst to support project financial management, tracking, reporting, and analytics for the Aerospace Strategic Programs team in New Port Richey, Florida. This onsite role requires U.S.

citizenship or lawful permanent residency and export authorization. You will own standard work for critical tools, drive continuous improvement, support daily rhythms, and serve as the focal point for Earned Value Management within the Product Development portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills (spreadsheets, databases).
• Prince 2 or PMP project management certification, with particular knowledge of Earned Value Management.
• Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project and Program managers with project financial management, tracking, and reporting.
• Review portfolio‑level data analytics, governance, and process improvements.
• Own standard work for critical tools and drive continuous improvement.
• Support daily management rhythms and tactical execution of active projects.
• Serve as the focal point for the Product Development portfolio with Earned Value Management.
• Lead lower‑risk projects to build PM capability and develop skills for a future Project Manager role.
