Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Troy, Ohio is seeking a Project Engineering Co-op to immerse in a full-time, Monday–Friday mentorship within the Landing Systems engineering group. You'll learn design, test, analysis, and customer support for aircraft wheels, brakes, and braking systems.

You may join any engineering team such as Materials and Process, Analytical Tech, Test Lab, or Project Management based on need and your interests.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related STEM field through the internship/co-op period.
• Must have a minimum of 30 hours of credit by the start of the internship/co-op session.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering deliverables in design, test, analysis and customer support for aircraft wheels, brakes, and braking systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete projects and learn internal engineering processes.
• Be embedded within an engineering team and learn to adhere to internal processes while contributing to project work.
