Job summary

Firehawk Aerospace seeks a Program Quality Engineer to lead quality activities across development and production programs. You will ensure product conformity, support issue resolution, and drive continuous improvement throughout the lifecycle, interfacing with suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing.

The role requires 5+ years in aerospace/defense manufacturing, expertise in GD&T, AS9100/ISO 9001, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Requires B.S. in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Must lead crossfunctional initiatives and MRB processes.
• Strong GD&T, AS9100/ISO 9001 knowledge, and contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary quality representative for assigned programs from contract review through production.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, flow-downs, and internal QMS procedures.
• Support quality planning: inspection plans, control plans, risk assessments.
