Job summary

GE Aerospace’s Defense Engines & Services division seeks a Program Operations & Cost Account Manager to lead execution across F110 production programs, unifying cost, schedule, and scope. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure reliable performance.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, governance adherence, and continuous improvement, with a focus on SQDC metrics and leadership updates for governance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations, Engineering, Program Management, Project Management, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations execution across multiple programs or work scopes to meet commitments.
• Serve as the CAM for one or more control accounts with ownership of cost, schedule, and scope performance.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
