Qualifications

• Strong financial and business acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, EAC/ETC management, and resource planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and standard program management tools.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple aerospace and defense programs from contract award through end-item delivery.
• Serve as the primary customer interface and single point of accountability for all program-related activities.
• Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans with milestones, forecasts, and risk mitigation.
• Own program financial performance including budgets, labor/material forecasts, and ETC/EAC.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance.
• Prepare and present program status, financials, risks, and recovery plans to customers and leadership.
• Coordinate and lead customer visits, reviews, and internal management meetings.
