Job summary

ThinKom Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate and oversee multiple programs, including internal R&D and customer-funded projects.

You will handle cost and schedule management, resource planning, and provide status to customers and internal stakeholders while coordinating with engineering teams. The role requires technical understanding to align engineering plans with contractual needs, strong communication skills for customer contact, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, BS/MS in Management, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant program management or equivalent.
• Demonstrated skills in organizing and directing people and programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops technically sound project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet both customer and internal, technical and contractual requirements.
• Chairs weekly project meetings to assign tasks, review status, discuss issues and resolve problems.
• Interacts with outside suppliers to manage requirements, schedule and cost issues.
• Manages the customer relationship as the primary point of contact and communicates status to stakeholders.
• Assesses, manages, and communicates project risk.
• Aids in transition of design from engineering to production and assists in mitigating production issues.
